DR. BRAD COLEMAN
Brad was born in Mountain Home and graduated from Mountain Home High School. He is a graduate from the University of Central Arkansas with Bachelor of Science in Biology, and from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis. Brad and Cara have two children Whitten and Ford. Dr. Coleman is a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and is an Adjunct Faculty Member at ASU Mountain Home Dental Hygiene Program.
AMANDA MAJWESKI
SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Amanda is a graduate of Mountain Home High School and is currently
attending Arkansas State University Mountain Home. As a receptionist she is the first
person you will see when you come into the office. She will help you with treatment
follow-ups and your patient insurance.
JANET THRASHER
INSURANCE / FINANCIAL COORDINATOR
Janet is a graduate of Hope High School and attended East Texas State University.
She is a registered dental assistant and administrative assistant, helping you
with financial arrangements and filing insurance claims.
JOY FORTENBERRY
CLINICAL COORDINATOR
Joy is a graduate of Mountain Home High School and a graduate of Pulaski Technical
College as a dental assistant. She has an Associate of Applied Science degree from
the University of Central Arkansas. Joy coordinates OSHA and biological
monitoring and is a clinical assistant.
ERIN TUCKER
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Erin grew up in El Dorado, AR. She attended college at the University of Central Arkansas and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Erin graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is also licensed to administer local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and CPR. Some of the services that Erin provides are: Oral cancer screening/soft tissue exam, periodontal disease screening and non-surgical treatment, taking x-rays, scaling and polishing, periodontal maintenance, flouride treatments, and oral hygiene instructions.
JENNY BURTON
CLINICAL COORDINATOR
Jenny is a graduate of Norfork High School and a certified dental assistant from
Allen Hancock College, Santa Maria, CA. She is a chairside assistant and
inventory coordinator and is trained in nitrous administration and CPR/AED.

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Eva has been a Dental Hygienist since 2001, graduating from University of Arkansas
for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She is also licensed to administer local anesthesia,
nitrous oxide, and CPR. Some of the services that Eva provides are: oral cancer screening/

PERI FORBUS
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Peri is a lifelong resident of Mountain Home and a graduate of Mountain Home High School. She is currently enrolled at ASU-MH where she is working on her Associate degree. She has been a Registered Dental Assistant for 11 years and is CPR/AED and Nitrous Oxide Certified.
